Craig Coben
Craig Coben is a former investment banker who held numerous senior roles at Bank of America, including Global Head of Equity Capital Markets, EMEA Head of Equity Capital Markets, Co-Head of Asia-Pacific Global Capital Markets, and Vice Chair of Global Capital Markets. A graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School, Craig had previously clerked for Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg on the US Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit, and practiced corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and London before becoming an investment banker in the equity capital markets team at Deutsche Bank, where he rose to the level of Managing Director. He is today a Managing Director at SEDA Experts, an expert witness firm specialising in financial litigation. Since retiring in 2022, Craig has published over 120 articles on capital markets and investment banking and is a Contributing Writer to Financial Times Alphaville and a weekly columnist for GlobalCapital.
