Walter Sinn and Thomas Lustgarten – Bain & Company

Walter Sinn is the managing director of Bain & Company's offices in Germany, based in Frankfurt. He is a leader in Bain's Financial Services practice with deep expertise in the Banking sector. Walter has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues. Walter holds a degree in business administration from University of Mannheim and is a graduate of ESSEC in Paris. Thomas Lustgarten is the managing partner of Bain & Company's Zurich office. He is a leader in Bain's Industrial Goods & Services and Technology practices.He has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience. Prior to joining Bain in 1998, Thomas worked as a project manager for ABB Power Generation, where he led large, global teams in the United Kingdom, China and Southeast Asia. He earned his MBA from INSEAD and a degree in electrotechnical engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich).
