Dr. Elke Hofmann ist Managing Partner bei Egon Zehnder in Deutschland und leitet die CEO- & Board-Advisory-Praxisgruppe. Sie berät Unternehmen in der Chemie-, Prozess- und Energiebranche zu CEO-Nachfolge, Board-Effektivität und Leadership-Entwicklung. Zuvor war Elke Hofmann 13 Jahre bei BP in London in internationalen Führungsrollen tätig. Ihre Karriere begann bei der Deutschen Bank, bevor sie zu Roland Berger wechselte. Elke Hofmann promovierte in Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Universität Hohenheim.
